Sign up as normal for your Paua Access EV charge card account. We will then support you with the additional set up required to enable access to these additional services.
Paua Rangers will also work with you to ensure that you have the correct set up in place for your fleet.

At Paua we do not believe in tying you into a long-term exclusive contract. When you work with us we are privileged and will do whatever we can to keep you as a customer.
Your commitment when you sign up is a minimum of two cards with a one month notice period. If you ever wish to leave simply tell us why and we will close down your account.
All accounts are subject to a minimum of two cards being active at all times. You can manage active cards from your fleet dashboard. We want you to become a long term loyal customer so we have kept our minimum commitments low.
Paua tracks your invoicing and payment on the basis of “active cards”. These are the cards that you have turned on in your fleet dashboard and that form the basis for your monthly subscriptions.
We recognise that most electric fleets are growing so we enabled the active card feature. If you have 30 EVs on fleet but expect to order another 15 arriving over the coming months then we can enable this. Simply buy 50 cards and activate the 30 you need to day. You only pay the subscription on the active cards. The other 20 do not need to pay a subscription. Once your vehicles arrive you activate the cards and they will be added to next months subscription.
Paua will ensure that you have an account manager for your account who can look after your journey with Paua. Immediately after sign up we will prepare an onboarding meeting with you to talk you through features of the Paua platform and ensure that you are ready to start charging.
Our team will remain in contact with you throughout your time with Paua including regular email updates, direct telephone contact to discuss any specific issues you may have and live chat available on our mobile app, website and inside the fleet dashboard.

There are over 35 network partners on the Paua network and there are over 55,000 live EV connectors in the UK providing nationwide coverage including over 70% of rapid chargers.
Our network details are regularly updated on the networks page. These connectors are located in thousands of charging locations across the country. Some locations have many charging devices each with multiple charge point connectors on it. Use our Hubs filter to check for these locations where you can search for up to ten connectors that meet your filter requirements.
New networks are continually being added and our partners continue to add new charge point connectors so our network grows every week.
It is only through our charge point partners we can offer this service. Some of our partners include: GRIDSERVE, Instavolt, Ionity, Shell Recharge, ESB, Osprey, Fastned, Charge Place Scotland. Swarco, Geniepoint and Char.gy.
Further chargers are available in Europe taking the total to hundred's of thousands of charge point connectors.
Note that counting "charge point connectors" is complex so we count charge point connectors as it is a number we can all agree on. A connector is the opportunity to plug your car in and charge and could be a rapid CCS connector, a CHAdeMO connector or a type-2 connector. Customers can sign up to Paua with this simple onboarding process (30 seconds). Have your company number handy when you sign up.
During sign-up you can select how many Paua cards you want and where you want them sent. You can also select how you want to pay and if this is not via a credit card we will run some checks before we complete set-up for your business. Paua will run a short non-intrusive credit check on all businesses.
Following confirmation that a valid payment method has been provided a new fleet managers dashboard will be set up for you. All your Paua cards will have been allocated to your account. We will contact you to arrange an onboarding session and send your cards in the post to the nominated address.
Within the Paua fleet dashboard your first task is to provide drivers access to the app. Do this by adding their email address to the "User" section and each driver will be provided with a temporary email address for their first login. Click "Add User +" to do this.
Your second task is to asign your Paua cards to each of the drivers. Do this by clicking "Cards", click the pencil item to edit and link each card to a driver. Cards can be handed to drivers without creating a driver app account but please make sure these are set to "active" before you do this.
If you wish you can optionally add the fleet vehicles to your account. This last step is optional.
Your drivers are now set up to charge and you will see charge sessions appear in your dashboard.
At the end of the billing period you will be provided with a VAT invoice for all your charging costs.
When you have succesfully signed up to Paua and added a valid payment method you will be provided with everything you need to manage your EV drivers' charging experience.
You will be provided access to the Paua fleet managers dashboard. This enables you to add drivers, assign Paua cards, manage transactions, order new Paua cards and check the performance of your fleet.
You can start allocating drivers to the mobile app immediately by adding their email address. The mobile app is the tool the drivers can use to find relevant charging stations, filtering for their needs, navigate to chargers and start an app charge. The mobile app also provides drivers with the ability to "freeze" their Paua card if they lose it and to track their charging history.
Once Paua cards are delivered these can be handed to drivers and can be used to start and stop charge sessions also. Please make sure that these are activated when you hand them out.

Paua does not have a minimum time commitment. If you want to leave at any time simply freeze all your cards and notify us and we will arrange for your final invoice at the end of the month.
During the trial period there are no subscription fees from Paua and there is no time commitment so you can stop using the solution at any time. The only cost to you is the cost of any charging sessions that take place.
At the end of the trial if you wish to stop then simply notify us and we will invoice for any charging sessions that have occurred and the trial ends with no further commitment.

We price our service as a monthly subscription per driver. This is invoiced monthly alongside the cost for all charging transactions.
Charging transactions are charged at the network pay-as-you-go rate that Paua displays to the driver in the Paua app. Check the app for individual charge point pricing.
