Paua EV charge cards has been allocated a place on the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 13 framework, which makes it easier for businesses to sell digital and cloud-based services to Government entities.

Sign in or create an account on the public procurement gateway  Then the steps to buy on G-Cloud are as follows

  1. Name your project
  2. Save the search that you conduct (Paua is easy to search as we are the only EV charge card on G-Cloud 13 and come up under the search term “EV”)
  3. Start assessing the providers (you do not need to hold a competition to decide a winner; simply select what works best for you)
  4. Award a contract
  5. Submit a customer benefit record (so Government can track the quality of suppliers and improve services).

Specifically to award a contract

  1. Download the contract checking the references (crown commercial services G-Cloud 13)
  2. buyer and supplier must both sign the contract
  3. Check contract length (normally 24 months)
  4. Review terms and conditions
  5. Publish the completed contract on “Contract Finder”
  6. Tell Crown Commercial Services (CCS) the outcome
